Vårdcentralen Påarp-Mörarp is the small health center with a big heart! We operate in newly renovated premises with a large physiotherapy department. We are a well-functioning clinic with high competence and well-established routines, where everyone helps each other. We continuously work to develop our operations to provide our patients with good and close care.

We are about 23 employees, and our team consists of specialists in general medicine, ST doctors, AT doctors, district nurses, nurses, medical secretaries, nursing assistants, social workers, and physiotherapists. We have a dietitian on site one day a week and collaborate with another health center regarding occupational therapy. Our premises also include a child health clinic (BVC) and specialist clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, CBT, and dementia. We also manage a nursing home in Mörarp, Bokliden.

Vårdcentralen Påarp-Mörarp is located just southeast of Helsingborg - only a few minutes' walk from the train station and close to the E6 and E4 highways.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer a complete clinic with the opportunity to specialize in elderly care, where you will be responsible for special housing and act as the contact doctor for home care. This involves close collaboration and responsibility for rounds between the clinic and the municipality's nurses. For the past year, we have been working with team rounds, which further strengthens collaboration and development within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed specialist in general medicine with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are required. It is an advantage if you have experience working in primary care, as well as experience from Hälsovalet. Additionally, it is desirable that you have knowledge of our systems PMO, Melior, and Mina Planer. We would also like you to have supervisor training to guide AT and ST doctors.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in general medicine and the patients you meet in primary care. It is important that you can embrace and work towards the goals and visions that primary care has.
